Dreaming Of Spring! on Cake Central

After almost 4 weeks of constant rain, of dark days and cold outside, I'm looking for sunny days, bright and colourful ones. A coloured Royal icing Decorated Cookie - Not Painted, even the dress is coloured Royal Icing, not piped but applied differently.
