Does anyone say they really feel like a salad ? No they really feel like having CAKE! This rice-paper "salad" is the top of a chocolate cake with vanilla bean buttercream that I put in a clear plastic bowl painted with green candy melts. Even the spoons are edible. It all happens to be gluten free, as this birthday girl is also gluten-free!
