Decided to challenge myself today. My daughter recently had spinal fusion and has missed so much school, she was sure she failed her exams. Turns out she did amazing on them, so I wanted to make her something special. Did this all today. Normally, I would let my fondant set, and my decorations dry overnight, but we wanted to eat it tonight. It's the fastest I've ever done a cake. Chocolate cake with mint chocolate filling and ganache. All the fondant is MMF. Used Isomalt flavored with cinnamon for the fire lollipops.
