Elmo made of Rice Krispie Cereal Treat, covered w/modeling chocolate. Crayons made of modeling chocolate. Eric 'street sign' made out of gum paste. The Sesame Street Characters were made out of fondant. 2 cake tiers were vanilla cake, filled with strawberry Italian Meringue Buttercream and strawberry preserves. Cakes were covered in vanilla American Buttercream.
