A sugar high on steroids! I saw a cake very similar to this somewhere and had to imitate it for my granddaughters birthday. It's one of my all-time favorite cakes! Three nine inch layers with m&m core, frosted with buttercream, dripped with multi-colored ganasch and loaded up with different shaped suckers. It was so much fun to make! The kids went crazy over it; I made this 2 years ago and the kid still talk about it and so do their friends.
