Civil Engineering Graduation Cake
Civil engineering graduation cake featuring the university's engineering logo on the side of the cake. I then added blueprints (which I painstakingly drew with edible marker), a gumpaste protractor, diploma and a chocolate hard hat with the grad's name on it. That evening I received what had to be the most appreciative phone call ever from the mom who ordered it. Such a nice feeling.
