To celebrate the Steampunk International Day, Cake Artists from around the world gathered for a Steampunk Collaboration to be revealed on 14th June 2017. I am so delighted to be part of this amazing collaboration headed by Carla Rodriguez from Pepper Posh – Sugar Artist among with so manty talented artists. I called my piece Parthenia. To create my cake i used one of my favourite medium recently – cocoa butter. The face is hand painted with cocoa butter and edible dusts. The whole is complited with vintage rose made out of Saracino wafer paper.
