Cake that I created this week for a 2017 Graduate. They wanted a WOW FACTOR cake. The 4th, 6th, & 8th tiers were real cake.

8" Round was my version of pineapple upside down cake with buttercream. 10" Round was coconut with coconut filling with buttercream. 12" Round was chocolate cake with pecan coconut filling with chocolate buttercream. The other tiers were dummy tiers. All was covered with Satin Ice Fondant. All of the decorations were hand made with Satin Ice Fondant. The lace was made using the Hobby Lobby brand.
