50Th Anniversary Geode Cake
Three tiers - chocolate with chocolate buttercream filling, frosted with vanilla buttercream, French vanilla and strawberry both with cream cheese buttercream filling and frosting, all covered in homemade LMF - with rock candy geode and edible gold dust for my best friend's 50th wedding anniversary.

Thanks so much for your kind words, Matti! Making the geode was a lot easier than I expected. I used a Craftsy class. Also, the fondant recipe I use is Liz Marek's Marshmallow Fondant and it is super easy and a lot better tasting (and economical) than most fondants. If you want to give it a try, here is the link:
