White And Gold Wedding Cake!

White cream cheese buttercream and gold fondant with fresh organic white roses and pink peonies. The white wedding cake was filled w/fresh strawberry slices and frosting. I used Mrs Billets white cake recipe (my personal favorite) and it was a hit. I used wilton floral spikes to keep the flowers looking fresh all night. For the buttercream texture, I just used the serrated side of my Ateco frosting smoother/comb.
