Snowflakes!
Christmas cake for a friend. Six inch chocolate fudge cake with dark chocolate buttercream filling, covered with fondant and then sprinkled with sanding sugar to give a snow-covered look. Gumpaste snowflakes dusted with edible luster dust and candy pearls. White chocolate snowflakes dusted with edible sparkly dust are on the cake board. A fun cake to make!
