Thank you very much. I just started. I've never been a baker. I' a pretty good cook and have done a lot of entertaining over the years and am good at deserts but "nothing" in the baking area. The only thing I can remember is doing flaming baked Alaska years ago. I finally got "The Cake Bible" and am really enjoying it. I look forward to doing more baking, especially specialty cakes for celebrations. I'm learning every day.
