The funny thing about this cake is it was one of my first ones...I didn't really know what I was doing and the cake 'sagged' quite a bit. The customer who hosts an annual Crawfish Boil was THRILLED, thinking I had created a 'distressed' pot to match her real one. Perfect how that turned out!
