Cake was covered in black fondant. Marvelous Molds scallop mold was used to create the top tier design. The fan on the bottom tier was cut by hand.

Fondant Slinger, I used gold highlighter mixed with a toned-down gold luster dust on the cake. They removed the gold accents before serving the cake. Hope this helps. :)
