My take on the standard TMNT cake. Handmade figures, weapons, lettering. I aged the figures, brick and pretty much anything else I could. The building are made using a ECG (Evil Cake Genius) stencil and were super easy! The cake board is a pizza. I used fondant for the pepperoni and peppers. I used modeling chocolate for the olives and grated it for the mozzarella cheese.
