My name is Jennifer Troost, mom of 3 kids whit the age of 6, 8 and 11. I made my first cake for my daughter, about 4 years ago and ever since I made that cake I've been addicted to cake decorating. The theme is fall and I love fall, the gorgeous colors, the Indian summer and the lovely fall-food. I chose a tree trunk, not just any tree trunk but a beautiful weather beaten trunk that has a little branch growing on top of it and a tiny hedgehog who somehow ended up there. Lovely colored leaves around the trunk and some mushrooms around to top it of. Let fall arrive!
