Gorgeous! May I ask, how did you attach the ribbon?

sorry for the delayed response... i started the ribbon at the back, secured it with some royal icing to the cake and the wrapped in around the cake rotating on a turntable until i got the ribbon to cross over and then ended back in the same spot where I began.  Just a tip you need to hold the ribbon quite tight as you do this or it will all drop.  Took me about 4 tries until it finally worked.
