Louis Vuitton Purse Cake

I made this Louis Vuitton bag-cake for Nikolina's 18th birthday. I combined the Hungarian chocolate cake and Japanese cotton sponge cake with currant cream and white chocolate ganache. The cake was very tasty. All family was delighted but I am unhappy because one handle on the bag broke one hour before transport. I quickly mixed gum paste to the necessary color and made replacement handles. Of course they didn’t come up as good as the ones I made and dried a few days ago. Fortunately, the handles endured until shooting :-)
