Boy did this one give me a run for my money. Luckily it was for a forgiving customer (My mom :) ) I learned a lot about airbrushing and stacking tiers, and how much hair you can Pull out of your head for one cake! lol. Top tier is strawberry with cheesecake and fresh fruit filling. Middle tier is vanilla bean with mascarpone filling. And final tier is Red Velvet with good ol' cream cheese filling.
