This is a cake shaped as a pineapple. The cake is lemon with a raspberry-rose reduction with vanilla bean SMBC. I used modeling chocolate and fondant to cover and make the leaves. I used my Sugar Shapers to create the texture and hand painted with edible color. Enjoy!
