Three tier ivory buttercream wedding cake decorated with white cornelli lace on all three tiers. The sea shells were molded from white chocolate, airbrushed with edible color and dusted with fine shimmer dust. Coral was piped onto waxed paper. The large clam shell on top of the cake was made of a mixture of fondant and gum paste so it would dry with a crust. Inside the shell were double wedding rings. The sand dollars were also made from fondant.
