Soooo, this is one of my first year cakes. My son and daughter-in-law were expecting their first child and they had picked a Dr. Seuss theme. I created the cupcake tower from a dowel rod, cardboard tubing and a hat box. The box held gifts for the baby as well. The cake, well...as I said this was one of my first year cakes. I still love the design concept and maybe I'll redo the cake just for fun.
