This Gluten Free chocolate cake is filled with a chocolate espresso ganache, coated in a luscious chocolate buttercream and has a pour over of more ganache. Chocolate sculpted roses elegantly swag the side. Since this was the first time working with chocolate roses I was afraid that they would fall off the side but stuck beautifully.
