This was a 9 inch white chocolate mud cake for my dad's 80th birthday this weekend. The fish was made from gumpaste and handpainted. All the decorations were fondant with the exception of the cattrail reeds that were made using skewers. The cake was inspired by a cake I saw on pinterest however there was no name against it.
