Walt Disney's Frozen themed cake with a candy waterfall, lake and Elsa's ice castle on the North mountain. I made this for an online cake competition. The waterfall , lake and ice castle are made from peppermint candy and have LED lighting that gives them a spectacular glow. Of course it is topped with Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff and Sven.
