Lilacs And Mason For Mother
My Mother loves mason jars and Lilacs ,so I sculpted a small mason jar ,made a mold and cast with Lavender hard candy. Hand sculpted lilac flowers and filled the jar with a sweet bouquet . All on top of a fondant covered sunflower sugar cookie. Got to love our moms. I now sell food safe molds in different sizes of the mason jars.

what a beautiful and refreshing creation -- love this as i'm sure your mom did too -- to me this is the essence of decorating -- where you zero in on something that the honoree loves and just make it happen -- we call it 'ringing their bell' (not like boxing/football but) in a sweet way -- best to you -- ps -- so what is a sunflower cookie -- and how big is it?
First let me say Thank you!! The cookie is around 6 1/2 inches . A sunflower sugar cookie is a basic sugar cookie with ground and whole sunflower seeds. I use less flour and replace with groundsunflower seeds. I use salted ,so I don't need to add salt. That's it and they are very good. Salty sweet.
