The cake itself is a Jack Daniel's cake - ingredients include the whiskey, butterscotch, and walnuts. I carved the cake and covered it in semisweet ganache, also Jack Daniel's flavored. Covered in fondant, hand painted label. I LOVED making this cake, even though I hate whiskey.
