Third tier up is just hand piped with royal icing and then hand painted with silver dust. If you are talking about the base layer there are about 275 pulled sugar leaves , pressed into a textured leaf mold and then I made cuts into the sugar, melted the ends and placed it on the rolled fondant cake. Flowers are also pulled sugar.
