This was an 8 tier wedding cake. The brief was to make it as tall as I could, within her budget and to make it similar to the picture of the cake design I was given from her friends wedding.

There were hints of pink on a couple of tiers to tie in with the floral base tier and the venue flowers.

It measured 50" in all, weighed over 10 stone and used just under 30 kilos of hand coloured icing.
