This was made for my best friend who turned 40 on New Years Eve. She requested a cake that would highlight both her milestone birthday and the beginning of a new year. She asked for fireworks, smoke, sparkle, and bling, so this is what she got. The champagne bottle is poured sugar and the rest of the decorations are fondant. TLF
