Thank you much both! Well, this is about 20 cm square cake (sorry, I do not know exactly how much it is in inches ... perhaps about 8 inches?) The cake is built from the toast bread, two spreads inside - tuna one and cheese-garlic one, and ham. The coat is the special "spread butter", cheese, ham, salami and vegetables on the top. Idea - well - this is quite standard type of cake here in the Czech Republic... :-) Thank you much ones more girls. :-)
