Snow Globe Cupcakes
Vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting. Globes are made from gelatin. All embellishments are made from fondant, sugar pearls, edible glitter/markers, etc..

I see that that Cake Central has posted a tutorial on how to make the gelatin bubbles. I used the SugarHero method for powdered gelatin and then took my own liberties with the rest.
