A chocolate cake with raspberry compote and chocolate Italian meringue buttercream filling. Covered in dark chocolate ganache. Covered in marshmallow fondant with cascading fondant roses. Made it for my thirteenth birthday last month. First tiered cake, and first time working with fondant, so that explains the messiness of it.
