This was for my stepdaughter's 40th birthday. I made white almond cake, covering all the cakes with a thin layer of key lime icing. Fondant was used to cover the cakes and cakeboard, and gumpaste was used for all the decorations - shoes, champagne glass, stars and sparklers.
