Customer requested this design - not sure where she found it to give the person credit. Buttercream iced tiers with fondant chevron pattern ...I used a chevron cutter I found at Hobby Lobby - not crazy about it as it is not very long and doesn't cut the pattern evenly - any way, the elephant is modeling chocolate.
