Red Rose
This is a cake for wonderful friends Anniversary.Top tier is vanilla bean filled with Pina colada smb. The bottom tier is a strawberry cream with the Pina colada smb. Both ganached with dark chocolate and covered with fondant.The trim/boarders are wafer paper,the butterflies are cake lace and the roses are fondant/gum paste mix.
