Peony Wedding Cake

This wedding cake topper is made of homemade fondant and pastillage. A recipe from craftsy. It is a 50/50 mixture. White and finished with shimmering pearl dust and lighted shaded for color. It is placed on top of the cake I have named the "Tower" a five tiered cake, a simple but elegant white wedding almond with French Bavarian cream filling. With a white chocolate ganache and a white almond buttercream frosting. To set it off I have used a mold that resembles silver beads to line the bottom of each tier.
