Big Ben
This is my first four tiered cake. White wedding almond cake with almond butter cream frosting. The hand rolled roses are made of home made fondant. Shimmer dusted and steamed. A silver satin ribbon wraps the base of the cake which is a 16 inch. The cakes are placed on a silver serving plater that sits on a mirror. It took me an hour to set Big Ben up. I brought the cakes in undecorated to the venue, I did it while the caterer was setting up. Not bad huh?
