i made this cake for my son`s birthday, this was my first 3d cake although the minion is a pretty simple shape i still had to calve the dome head and because it was soooo tall (over 12 inches tall) i worried it would topple over!!, it`s chocolate fudge cake with cookies and cream buttercream and chocolate ganache everything is edible and i used massa ticino fondant ,the BEST fondant EVER!!!!
