'glow-In-The-Dark' Cake

This was a 10th birthday cake for a "Glow-in-the-Dark" party! All buttercream with fondant/gumpaste decorations. It was the fondant/gumpaste that I made to "glow" under a blacklight for the party.

May I ask how you made this "glow"? I am trying to find a food safe way for a cake to glow under a UV light for a birthday party cake. I have heard that tonic water does not work.

So sorry! I never got notified that a comment was left on this picture - I used tonic water. The family said it did glow at the party but it wasn't quite dark (and they were using hand-held black-lights), so it wasn't super bright.
