Vanilla cake covered in fondant. Each pinwheel wing was made separately using fondant mixed with tylose. The buttons are only fondant. The bow is made out of gumpaste. The flags are fondant and tylose. I used 12" bamboo dowels. The cake was 8" round and 4" tall.
