Poker Cake
Poker themed birthday cake for a co-worker.
I had the cards printed on a sugar sheet that I then applied to thinly rolled gumpaste. I ran out of brown gel paste when coloring my fondant so I was disappointed with the color of my table.
The cake was an 8" round that I cut in to a hexagon & was chocolate with chocolate buttercream & chocolate ganache.
Very neat and well-executed!
