Fluoro Glow In The Dark Drip Cake
Double barrel 8 inch vanilla/passion/raspberry chiffon filled with swiss meringue buttercream and outer iced in swiss meringue – drips were royal icing/white choc ganache mixed 50/50.
I used fluorescent food colours - the UV Black Light shows the effect really well

What brand of food coloring you use ?
I used "Creative Cake Decorating" fluro colours - they are an Australian company producing colours, lustre dusts, chocolate colours etc.
Do you have to add anything in your ganache/royal icing to make it glow or just the fluorescent food color will do the trick under the uv light??
