This was a birthday cake for a 75 Year old lady. It's a 6", 8" and 10" tier cake covered with vanilla buttercream, the cake is also vanilla, the 6" had White Chocolate and Passion Fruit filling, the 8" had Cream Cheese and Oreo filling and the 10" had Vanilla Custard (Pastry Cream) filling. The Peonies are made out of Gumpaste from Whole Sale Sugar (http://www.wholesalesugarflowers.com) sadly I didn't have time to make them myself, but next time I will :)

Unfortunately I was rusty so the buttercream was not as sleek as I wanted to get it, the borders are ribbons from a craft store. I think it turned out ok since I had a long time without baking :) TFL
