Every time I crumb coat my cakes before I cover them with fondant, I think “oh God, it looks great!” So I decided not to cover this one. I added a cute natural flowers arrangement and a fondant plaque. And tadaaaaa, I loved it! The style? I don’t know what to call it. “Semi Naked”? “Not That Naked”?
