How many years of training did it take you to become this good? I mean the ponies & the rainbow bottom are phenomenal!! I'd give anything to decorate like that but I can't afford the classes! This is probably the best I've seen to date& I just made my girlfriends daughter a little pony cake but I put it on a sheet cake & put an edible image of the pony flat on this sheet cake & it looked awful! Can you give me any tips?
