Made these for my grand-daughters b-day. I did some with vanilla buttercream and some with strawberry buttercream and also did a variety of chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. I used tempered chocolate for the ears. I had seen some that had used oreos but the oreos were really big for the cupcakes and i had an issue with them falling. Tried propping them up with icing in the back but i found it was much easier to make little circles with chocolate. Once is used the chocolate i did not have any more issues. These were very easy to make.
