Under the Sea Cake -- Two-tier (6" round over 8" round) chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream filling, covered in fondant with all fondant accents, including hand cut and painted clownfish, modeled starfish, coral reef plant life, sponges, etc. I had great fun working with this theme and its bright and fun color palette.
