Made this cake for my son's 10th birthday. He's a huge Mortal Kombat fan, and these are his 2 favorite characters. I managed to bring them together in the one cake, with the logo as the center. His favorite character won this battle, which ended with a "finishing move" on the 2nd favorite. They're powers represented fire, and ice, which went together really well with trying to merge together. Cake and cupcakes are all strawberry, with strawberry buttercream filling. All characters and logo are handmade out of fondant.
