Your stenciling looks beautiful.  I have never tried to stencil but would really like to try it some time.  Where did you buy your stencils?

Jamie for the most part I buy them through Amazon, but there are stencils just about everywhere on any cake supply site, as well as at Michaels, JoAnn Fabrics, Hobby Lobby. Any craft store. I use royal icing thinned the consistancy of about sour cream, and I add glycerin to make the icing pliable, When it dries it is not rock hard as royal icing can be. This is hard enough to stay, but soft to the teeth.  ;-)
